Dawson Park 1
Dawson Park 1 is just outside Mablethorpe. It's a modern holiday park, but the homes are spaced out well so it's quite private. You've got your own bit of garden with a fence around it.
It sleeps three. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's well looked after. It's comfortable.
Everything is flat here, single storey. The doorways are wide, so it's fine if you're bringing a wheelchair.
The beach is about a five minute walk. It's sand and it's good. The town is about the same distance the other way. Classic seaside stuff: amusements, fish and chips, a nice park. You've got shops and a pub not far, but it's quiet where the house is.
A bit further along the coast, Donna Nook is worth a look in the autumn and winter for the seals. Just check the Lincolnshire Wildlife Trust site for timings. Skegness is about a twenty minute drive south if you want more of a day out.
Inside, there's a washing machine, a TV, and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. They've got a cot and a highchair if you need one. Parking is right outside.
It's a straightforward place. Good for the beach, easy to get to things, no fuss.
