Dawson Park 1 is on a small, private estate on Cross Lane in Mablethorpe. It’s one of a row of very similar single-storey holiday homes. It’s all on one level.
It sleeps three people in two bedrooms, with one bathroom. It has a Four Star rating, which means it's well-equipped and modern. The garden is enclosed, mostly lawn with a patio area.
You’re about a five minute walk from the beach here. Mablethorpe beach is sandy, very flat, and classic British seaside. You’ve got the usual arcades, a funfair, and fish and chip shops.
The property is wheelchair accessible at the entrance. There’s a ramp. The doors and layout inside are suitable for wheelchair users.
For a bigger day out, Skegness is about a 25 minute drive down the coast. That’s where you’ll find Butlin's and Fantasy Island. To the north, Donna Nook is about a 30 minute drive. The seal colony is there from October to December, but check the Lincolnshire Wildlife Trust site for exact dates and viewing information before you go.
Facilities wise: it’s got a washing machine, a TV, WiFi, and parking right outside. Bedding and towels are included. There’s a cot and a highchair if you need them. No pets.
