Dawson Park 3

Dawson Park 3 is a bungalow on a private estate just off Trusthorpe Road in Mablethorpe. It's a single-storey place, so no stairs at all. The whole thing is wheelchair friendly, including the front door.

It sleeps five. There are three bedrooms and two shower rooms. Everything's on one level, which makes it easy if you've got buggies or anyone who finds steps difficult. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's well kitted out and comfortable.

You've got your own enclosed garden at the back. It's lawned, with a patio area. It's private, good for sitting out. Parking is right outside the front.

It's about a quarter of a mile to the beach. That's a five minute walk. The beach is sandy and wide. The town centre, with shops and a few pubs, is about the same distance. Mablethorpe is a traditional seaside spot, so there's a fair, amusement arcades, and that kind of thing.

If you drive south for about half an hour, you get to Skegness. There's Butlin's there, and Fantasy Island. North up the coast, about a 25 minute drive, is Donna Nook. The seal colony is there. It gets very busy during the pupping season in the winter, but it's something to see. The Lincolnshire Wildlife Trust has the details for that.

Inside, it's all open plan. The living area, kitchen and dining space are all together. There's a washing machine, a TV, and the wifi is included. Bedding and towels are provided. We can put a cot and highchair in for you if you need them.
