Dawson Park 3
This is Dawson Park 3. It's on a quiet, private estate of holiday homes just outside the centre of Mablethorpe. The beach is about a five minute walk away.
The house sleeps five. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating. Everything's on one level, so it's good for anyone who struggles with stairs. The doors and hallways are wide enough for a wheelchair. There's an open plan living area. You get your own enclosed garden, which is just grass.
It's straightforward inside. You've got a washing machine, the WiFi works, and all the bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them. Parking is right outside.
Mablethorpe itself is a classic seaside town. Sandy beach, amusements, fish and chips, that sort of thing. The paddling pools in Queen's Park are good for kids. You can walk to shops, pubs, and places to eat in about ten minutes. If you want a quieter walk, the beach stretches south for miles towards Sutton-on-Sea.
If you drive, Donna Nook is about half an hour north. You can see the seals there, especially during the pupping season in the winter. It's run by Lincolnshire Wildlife Trust, so check their site for the latest visiting information. Going south, Skegness and Fantasy Island are about half an hour away.
