Dawson Park 4
This is Dawson Park 4. It's a holiday home on a private estate in Mablethorpe. The beach is about a five minute walk away.
It sleeps six people. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms, which is useful. It's got a 4 Star rating. The garden is enclosed, which is good if you're bringing a dog. You can bring one dog.
The place is set up for families. There's a cot and a highchair here if you need them. Everything's on one level and the doors are wide, so it's wheelchair accessible. Parking is right outside.
You've got a washing machine, WiFi, and the TV. Bedding and towels are included.
Mablethorpe itself is a classic British seaside town. Sandy beach, amusements, that sort of thing. The Queens Park paddling pools are popular in summer. There's a shop and a pub about a quarter of a mile away. Plenty of cafes and chip shops around.
If you drive south along the coast for about half an hour, you get to Skegness and Fantasy Island. Butlin's is there too. To the north, about a 25 minute drive, is Donna Nook. The seal sanctuary and breeding grounds are there. It gets busy during the pupping season, but it's quite a sight if you time it right.
