Dawson Park 4 is a static holiday home on a private site in Mablethorpe. It's one of a row of similar properties. You get your own little fenced garden.
It sleeps six, which is a bit of a squeeze honestly. Two bedrooms, but two bathrooms, so that helps. It's got a 4 Star rating. That's because it's modern and pretty well done inside, compared to some. It works for one medium-sized dog.
You're about five minutes from the beach. It's a sandy beach, typical for here. The town centre, with the amusements and shops, is a short walk away too. There's a local shop and a pub nearby, both fine for what you need.
If you drive south, you get to Sutton-on-Sea and Sandilands. They're quieter spots for a walk. Further on is Skegness, which is the bigger resort with all the things you'd expect. To the north is Donna Nook. In the winter, you can see the seals pupping from the viewing areas.
Inside, it has what you'd need: a washing machine, TV, WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and a highchair if you're bringing a little one. Because it's a bungalow, there's no stairs, and the entrance is level, which is good for wheelchairs or pushchairs.
