Dawson Park 2
Dawson Park 2 is on a private estate of holiday homes just outside Mablethorpe. It's a modern bungalow, so everything's on one level. You get your own enclosed garden out the back.
It sleeps five. Two bedrooms and a family bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's well-equipped and in good condition. Being a bungalow, the access is good if you have mobility issues. The doorways are wide and there are no steps into the property.
You're about a five-minute walk from the beach. It's sandy and flat. Mablethorpe itself is the classic British seaside town. There's a fair, arcades, fish and chips, the works. Queens Park has paddling pools for kids.
You can bring one well-behaved dog. The garden is fully enclosed, which helps.
South down the coast you've got Sutton-on-Sea and Skegness. Skegness is about a half-hour drive. That's where the bigger attractions are, like Fantasy Island. North up the coast is Donna Nook. The seal colony is there, and if you time it right in the winter, you can see the pups from the viewing areas. It's about a 20-minute drive.
For a day out, Lincoln is under an hour's drive inland. The cathedral is worth seeing.
Facilities: it's got a washing machine, WiFi, TV, parking right outside. Bedding and towels are included. A cot and highchair are there if you need them.
