2 Dawson Court

2 Dawson Court is a bungalow on a small, private estate of holiday homes in Mablethorpe. It's all on one level, which is handy. The garden is enclosed, which is good if you have a dog or just don't want to chat to the neighbours.

It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's well looked after and comfortable. It's a modern build, so the doors and spaces are decently wide. It's listed as wheelchair accessible, but do check the specifics with us if that's important for your group.

You're about five minutes' walk from the beach. It's a proper sandy beach, the classic British seaside sort. The town centre with the shops, pubs, and amusements is about the same distance. It's all very close.

If you drive south for about twenty minutes, you get to Skegness. That's where you'll find the big arcades, Fantasy Island, and Butlin's. North for about half an hour gets you to Donna Nook. In the winter, you can see the seals and their pups from the viewing area. It gets busy. The Lincolnshire Wildlife Trust has the latest information.

For a round of golf, Sandilands course is ten minutes down the coast. There's good flat walking and cycling along the sea bank paths for miles in both directions.

In terms of what's there: it has a washing machine, WiFi, a TV, parking right outside. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and a highchair. You can bring one well-behaved dog.
