This is 2 Dawson Court, in Mablethorpe. It's a bungalow, so it's all on one level which is handy. It's part of a small, private development of holiday homes. The garden is your own, it's enclosed and grassy.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. It's got the 4 Star rating, which basically means it's well-equipped and in good order. It's wheelchair accessible at the entrance, and the open plan layout inside makes it easy to get around.
You're about five minutes' walk from the beach. It's the classic east coast sort, sandy and good for buckets and spades. The town centre, with the shops, amusements and the park, is about the same distance. There's a pub and places to eat nearby too.
If you want to explore, you can drive south along the coast to Sutton-on-Sea and Sandilands. The beach just keeps going. There's a golf course at Sandilands, about three miles away. Further south is Skegness, about a half hour drive, for the big fair and things like the Embassy Theatre.
To the north, about a 25 minute drive, is Donna Nook. That's where the grey seals come to have their pups in the winter. It's a remarkable thing to see if the timing is right. The Lincolnshire Wolds are inland, also within about half an hour, if you fancy a change from the coast.
Inside, it's got what you'd need: wifi, TV, washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring one well-behaved dog. There's parking right there.
