Dawson Park 10
Dawson Park 10 is on a private estate of holiday homes in Mablethorpe. It's a modern bungalow, so all on one level. You get your own bit of lawn out the front, which is fenced.
It sleeps six people in three bedrooms and has two bathrooms. One bathroom has a walk-in shower. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's well kept and comfortable. Because it's a bungalow and the doors are wide, it works well for wheelchairs or if you struggle with steps. The parking is right outside.
It's about a five minute walk to the beach. The sand is good. Mablethorpe itself is a proper old-fashioned seaside town. There's a fair, amusements, and the usual stuff like fish and chips and ice cream. For a quieter walk, the seafront stretches south towards Sutton-on-Sea.
If you drive, you can see the seals at Donna Nook to the north. Check the Lincolnshire Wildlife Trust site for when the pups are there. South, you've got Skegness and Fantasy Island. That's about a 25 minute drive.
The house has a washing machine, Wi-Fi, and a TV. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring one dog. We've got a cot and a highchair if you need them.
