Dawson Park 10
Dawson Park 10 is a holiday home on a private estate near Mablethorpe beach. It’s one of several similar places together, so it’s a quiet spot but not remote.
The house sleeps six. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. It’s got a 4 Star rating, which means it’s comfortable and well-equipped. One well-behaved dog is welcome.
The garden is enclosed with a lawn, which is handy if you have a dog or kids. It’s private.
Mablethorpe itself is a classic British seaside town. Sandy beach, a fair, amusements, that sort of thing. It’s about a quarter of a mile walk from the house. There’s a shop and a pub about the same distance away.
If you drive south along the coast, you get to Sutton-on-Sea and then Skegness. Skegness has the big funfair and Butlin’s. Going north, there’s Donna Nook. That’s a seal colony. They have hundreds of pups there in the autumn and winter, it’s quite a sight. You can check the Lincolnshire Wildlife Trust site for the best times to visit.
The house has everything you’d expect: WiFi, TV, washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. There’s a cot and a highchair if you need them. Parking is right outside.
