Dawson Park 6
Dawson Park 6 is one of the houses in a small group of holiday homes on the edge of Mablethorpe. It's a modern, single-storey house, so there are no stairs at all. Everything is on the same level.
It sleeps six in three bedrooms. There are two bathrooms, both with a shower, and one has a bath as well. It's a 4 Star place, which means it's well-fitted and comfortable. The garden is enclosed, so it's secure if you've brought a dog.
You're about a five minute walk from the beach. The sand is good there. The town centre, with the shops, amusements and a few places to eat, is about the same distance in the other direction.
If you drive south for about half an hour, you get to Skegness. That's where the bigger attractions are, like Fantasy Island and Butlin's. Going north, you can get to Donna Nook. If you time it right in the autumn and winter, you can see the seals on the beach from the viewing areas. It's run by the Lincolnshire Wildlife Trust.
The house has a washing machine, Wi-Fi, and parking right outside. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring one well-behaved dog.
