This place is Rosery. It's in Mablethorpe. You're about 300 yards from the beach, just a short walk down to the promenade. There's a park and some paddling pools on the way, so it's handy if you've got kids.
The cottage sleeps seven in three bedrooms. There's one bathroom. The garden is enclosed and south-facing, so it gets the sun. It's a 4 Star place, which means it's comfortable and well looked after.
You can walk into town in a few minutes. Mablethorpe is a proper seaside town, so there are amusements, fish and chips, shops, that kind of thing. The pub is just under a mile away.
A 15-minute drive up the coast is Donna Nook. In the winter, the seals come ashore to have their pups there. You can see thousands of them sometimes. You might even spot some on the beach here.
There's a coastal bus that runs along here. It can take you to Skegness or Fantasy Island if you fancy a day out. For walks, you're on the Lincolnshire Coastal Path.
It's got parking, a washing machine, a dishwasher, WiFi, and a BBQ. Towels and bedding are included. You can bring up to two dogs.
