Crab Cottage
Crab Cottage is a single-storey bungalow on the main road between Sutton on Sea and Sandilands. It's detached. You park right next to it.
It sleeps four in two bedrooms and has one bathroom with a walk-in shower. The whole place is on the ground floor. There are no steps at the entrance, so it's fairly straightforward if you have mobility issues. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's comfortable and well-equipped.
You can walk to the sandy beach in about five minutes. The local pub and a restaurant are half a mile away. There's a shop about three quarters of a mile. For a bigger shop, Mablethorpe is just along the coast.
The bungalow has its own enclosed garden. It's got a washing machine, dishwasher, TV, and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair. You can bring up to two dogs.
Local things: there's free fishing nearby, and a hotel with tennis courts. Guests get 10% off at The Stables bar and restaurant. Sandilands Golf Course is about a mile away.
