It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well kept. The garden is enclosed, which is good if you've got a dog or just want to sit outside.
You're about a five minute walk from the beach. It's a classic Lincolnshire beach, flat and sandy. Mablethorpe itself is a traditional seaside town. There's a fair, amusements, fish and chips, that sort of thing.
The property has a washing machine, WiFi, and parking right outside. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them. One well-behaved dog is welcome.
If you fancy a walk, the seal colony at Donna Nook is about a twenty minute drive north. It's a nature reserve, so check the Lincolnshire Wildlife Trust site for visiting times, especially during pupping season. Sandilands golf course is ten minutes down the coast.
