3 Dawson Court
3 Dawson Court is in Mablethorpe. It’s a bungalow on a small private development of holiday homes. You’re a few minutes’ walk from the beach.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It’s got a 4 Star rating, which is a good standard. Everything’s on one level, so no stairs to worry about.
You get your own enclosed garden. It’s lawned with a patio. There’s parking right outside.
Mablethorpe is a traditional seaside town. There’s a sandy beach, a fair, amusements, and that kind of thing. The paddling pools at Queens Park are popular with kids. You can walk to shops, a pub, and places to eat from the bungalow.
If you drive south along the coast, you’ve got Sutton-on-Sea and Sandilands. Good for beach walks. Sandilands Golf Course is about three miles away. Further south is Skegness, with Fantasy Island and Butlins if you want a big day out.
To the north, there’s Donna Nook. It’s a seal sanctuary and breeding ground. During the breeding season, usually around November and December, you can see hundreds of seal pups on the beach. It’s quite a sight.
The property has a washing machine, WiFi, and a TV. Bedding and towels are included. There’s a cot and a highchair if you need them. One well-behaved dog is welcome.
