Number 4 Dawson Court is a bungalow near Mablethorpe. It's on a private estate of holiday homes. The estate is quiet and the beach is a few minutes' walk away.
The bungalow sleeps four. Two bedrooms and one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, which is high. It's been done up to a good standard, so it's comfortable and well equipped. Everything is on one level, and the doorways are wide, so it's easy for someone in a wheelchair to get in and move around.
You've got your own enclosed garden out the back. It's lawned and private, with a patio area. It's a good spot if you've brought a dog.
Mablethorpe itself is a classic seaside town. Sandy beach, amusements, that sort of thing. There's a shop, a pub, and places to eat about a quarter of a mile away. They're fine for what you need.
If you want to explore, the coast road north goes to Donna Nook. That's where the grey seals come to have their pups in the winter. It's a Lincolnshire Wildlife Trust reserve, so check their site for the best times to visit.
South takes you towards Sutton-on-Sea and eventually Skegness. Fantasy Island and Butlins are down that way if you've got kids who want a big day out. There's an 18-hole golf course at Sandilands, about three miles south.
Inside, it's open plan. There's a TV, WiFi, a washing machine, and parking right outside. Bedding and towels are included. We provide a cot and a highchair if you need them.
