La Falda
La Falda is a bungalow in Sutton on Sea. It's detached, so no one on the other side of the walls. The garden is enclosed.
It sleeps six, in three bedrooms. There are two bathrooms, one has a walk-in shower with grab rails. Everything is on the ground floor, so no stairs at all. It's got a 4 Star rating.
It's across the road from the bowling green. The beach is a short walk away, maybe two or three minutes. It's a sandy beach.
There's a shop, a pub, and a restaurant about a five minute walk away. You really don't need the car for basics. You can park on the driveway here.
Facilities: there's a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, TV. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot, highchair, and stairgate if you need them. You can bring up to two dogs.
If you do want to drive, Mablethorpe is close. Skegness is about half an hour along the coast. Sandilands Golf Club is a couple of miles away. For a bigger day out, Butlins at Skegness or Fantasy Island are within a 30 minute drive.
