This is Summer House. It's in Sandilands on the Lincolnshire coast. It's a bungalow, so everything's on one level. It's detached and you've got your own enclosed garden.
It sleeps eight, which I know sounds a lot for three bedrooms. They're set up for families. There's one bathroom with a walk in shower. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's clean and well equipped.
The main thing is it's 200 yards from the beach. It's a proper sandy beach, goes on for miles. There's a shop, a pub, and a cafe about a 150 yard walk away, near the sea front.
You can walk along the sea wall to Sutton on Sea and Mablethorpe. Or get the bus. Skegness is about a 20 minute drive if you want amusements or Butlins.
Inside, it's got a dishwasher, a washing machine, WiFi, and TV. The worktops are low and the entrance is wheelchair accessible. It says it takes one pet. Bedding and towels are included.
