Dawson Park 5

This is Dawson Park 5. It's one of a group of holiday homes just outside Mablethorpe in Lincolnshire. The development is quiet and private. The beach is about a five minute walk away.

The house sleeps six. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, which is handy with a couple of kids. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable and everything works, but it's not over the top. The garden is enclosed, so it's safe for a dog or if you have little ones.

Mablethorpe itself is a classic British seaside town. There's a sandy beach, a fair, amusements, and those coloured beach huts. It's straightforward and good for families. The local shop and a pub are about the same distance as the beach, a few minutes' walk. They're fine for what you need.

If you drive south along the coast for about twenty minutes, you get to Sutton-on-Sea and Sandilands. They're quieter, good for long beach walks. A bit further on is Skegness, with all the usual resorts things. To the north, around a thirty minute drive, is Donna Nook. It's a seal colony. In the breeding season, which is roughly November to December, you can see hundreds of seals and their pups from the viewing areas. It's something a bit different.

In terms of what's here: there's a washing machine, WiFi, a TV, parking right outside. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair. One well-behaved dog is welcome.
