Joe’s Place
Joe’s Place is a bungalow on a quiet estate in Mablethorpe. You’re a few minutes’ walk from a sandy beach.
It sleeps five. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom. It has a 4 Star rating. It’s bigger inside than it looks from the front. There’s a sun room that looks out onto the garden.
It’s all one level, so it’s good if you have mobility issues or just don’t want stairs. There’s a kitchen, a separate dining room, and a living room at the front.
The beach is sandy. It’s a traditional seaside resort, so there are amusements, cafés, and things like that. The town has a seal sanctuary and a park with a lake.
If you want to explore, Sutton-on-Sea is about three miles away. Skegness is 18 miles down the coast. The Lincolnshire Wolds are inland if you fancy a change from the coast. You can get to them in about half an hour.
We allow one well-behaved dog. There’s a fully enclosed garden. There’s parking on the drive. We provide bedding and towels. There’s a washing machine, dishwasher, cot, and highchair if you need them.
