It's called Joe's Place. It's a bungalow in Mablethorpe, on a quiet street about five minutes' walk from the beach. It's bigger inside than it looks from the front.
It sleeps five. There are two bedrooms and one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. We had it all redecorated a few years ago. The living room is at the front. There's a separate dining room and a sun room that looks out onto the garden. The garden is enclosed.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower. There's a step to get into the front door, but after that it's all on one level. The parking is right there, on the drive.
For the beach, you just head straight down the road. It's sandy. Mablethorpe itself is a proper old-school seaside town. There are the usual amusements and cafes by the beach. The Queen's Park has a boating lake. The Seal Sanctuary is here too.
If you want to explore, Sutton-on-Sea is about ten minutes' drive down the coast. Skegness is half an hour. Inland, Louth is a nice market town, and the Lincolnshire Wolds are good for walking. The RSPB reserve at Gibraltar Point is about forty minutes south if you like birdwatching.
It's got the normal things: WiFi, TV, washing machine, dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and a highchair. You can bring one well-behaved dog. There's fishing and horse riding locally if that's your thing.
