This cottage is called Horseshoe. It's in Saltfleetby St Clement, right on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds. It's one of two converted barns here, side by side. They each have their own garden, which is enclosed.
It's a small place, just for two people. One bedroom and one bathroom. It's a 3 Star rating, so it's comfortable and clean. The bedroom is upstairs. You get a view over the fields from the window.
Downstairs is all one room. There's a sofa, an armchair, a table for eating, and the kitchen area. It's straightforward. Everything you need is there.
The special thing is the location. You're about 100 yards from the sand dunes. It's a 15 minute walk to get to the actual beach at Rimac or Saltfleet. It's very quiet. The area is a national nature reserve, so it's good for birds. You can walk for miles along the coast from here.
Seal watching at Donna Nook is a big draw. That's about a 20 minute drive. If you want a classic seaside day, Mablethorpe or Sutton on Sea are close. Skegness is further, maybe 40 minutes. For a nice market town, Louth is about 20 minutes inland. Lincoln is under an hour's drive. They have the cathedral and the castle there.
There's a local shop and a pub that does food, both about a mile away. You can drive or walk it.
For facilities, you've got included bedding and towels, WiFi, parking right outside, and a washing machine. The garden has furniture. You can bring up to two dogs.
