This is Katelan's Cottage. It's in North Somercotes, which is a village near the Lincolnshire coast.
It's a semi-detached cottage that sleeps four. Two bedrooms, both with their own ensuite bathrooms. There's a third toilet and shower downstairs as well. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable and clean.
You've got the garden to yourselves, it's enclosed. About fifty yards from the front door there's a fishing lake with a licensed bar on the decking. You can sit there and look over the water. The sunsets from there are good.
The village has what you need. There's a pub just down the road, and a few shops and takeaways about half a mile away.
For the coast, Mablethorpe is about eleven miles. It's a typical seaside town with sandy beaches and amusements. Cleethorpes is a bit further, about fifteen miles. It's a bigger resort with Pleasure Island theme park.
Donna Nook seal colony is very close, less than two miles. From late October to December, you can see the seals having their pups right by the public viewing area. It gets busy.
Louth is eight miles away. It's a nice Georgian market town. Hubbards Hills there is a good spot for a walk or a picnic.
Facilities here include a washing machine, WiFi, and parking on site. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair. Sorry, no pets.
