This is Katelan's Cottage. It's here in North Somercotes, Lincolnshire. It's semi-detached and sleeps four in two bedrooms. The main thing is, it's quiet.
There are three bathrooms. Each bedroom has its own en-suite shower room, and there's a third one downstairs by the back door. That one is useful if you've been at the lakes or walking.
Speaking of the lakes, they are about 50 yards from the front gate. They're for coarse fishing. There's a small bar by one of them where you can sit out on the decking.
The front garden is enclosed. It's not huge, but it's yours. There's parking on site.
The cottage has a 4 Star rating. It means it's well-equipped and comfortable. There's a washing machine, and we include the bedding and towels. We provide a cot and a highchair if you need them. Also a stairgate.
The village has what you need: a couple of pubs, shops, takeaways, a restaurant. One pub is very close, about 50 yards. The beach is at Mablethorpe, which is a 20 minute drive.
Donna Nook is two miles away. That's the seal colony. From late October to December, you can see the seals having their pups very close to the path. It gets busy then.
If you want to explore, Louth is an eight mile drive. It's a nice market town with good shops and places to eat. Cleethorpes is about 15 miles south. For walking, the Lincolnshire Coastal Path is right nearby.

No pets, I'm afraid.
