This is Dad's Shed. It's one of the cottages here at Clay Lake. It's a detached place, sleeps two, one bedroom with the bathroom downstairs. It's got a 5 Star rating, so it's all been done up to a high standard.
It's in Alvingham, in Lincolnshire. Very quiet, in the middle of the fields. You can see one of the fishing lakes from the conservatory. The lakes are for the guests here, so you can fish if you want to.
Outside, there's an enclosed garden and a private hot tub. It faces the fields, so it's quite private.
Inside, it's all one level except for the bedroom which is up a flight of stairs. The stairs are a normal cottage staircase, so they're a bit steeper than you might get in a new house. Everything you'd need is there: TV, Wi-Fi, washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring one dog.
The town of Louth is about three miles away. It's a nice market town with shops, cafes, and a few restaurants. It's your best bet for groceries. From there you can get into the Lincolnshire Wolds for walking. There's plenty of information online about routes.
The coast is about a 20 minute drive east. The beaches are sandy and long, like at Mablethorpe and Sutton-on-Sea. They're quite flat and open. If you go up towards Donna Nook, you can sometimes see the seals. The seal colony is about nine or ten miles away.
