Cooper's Cottage is on a quiet street in Louth, about five minutes' walk from the town centre. It's an end-terrace brick cottage. You get a small, walled garden out the back. It's private.
The cottage sleeps three. Two bedrooms and one bathroom upstairs. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's well looked after and comfortable. The bathroom is downstairs, which some people find handy and others think is a bit unusual. Just so you know.
You can see the church spire from the front upstairs window. It's a proper landmark.
There's a shop, a deli, and a few pubs about 250 yards away. Louth's got good butchers and bakeries. The market's on Wednesdays, I think.
The cottage is right on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds. For a walk, you can go straight to Hubbards Hills. It's a valley with a stream, about ten minutes on foot. Nice for a short stroll.
The east coast is about half an hour's drive if you want a beach day. Mablethorpe or Sutton-on-Sea are the main ones. For motor racing, Cadwell Park circuit is about twenty minutes away.
What's here: parking for one car on the drive, a washing machine, WiFi, and a TV. Bedding and towels are included. We can put a cot and a highchair in if you need them. No pets, sorry.
