Cooper's Cottage

Cooper's Cottage is on Kingsway in Louth. It's in a quiet residential street about five minutes' walk from the centre of town.

It sleeps three. Two bedrooms and one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's clean and comfortable, but it's not a show home. The garden is enclosed and gets the sun in the afternoon.

The view from the front upstairs window is pretty good, you can see the spire of St James's Church. It's a famous landmark here.

You're about 250 yards from the shops and pubs. Louth has some good butchers and delis. The town is known for its independent shops. There are a few decent pubs that do food.

Hubbards Hills is a ten minute walk away. It's a nice spot for a stroll by the river. The Lincolnshire Wolds are right on the doorstep for longer walks or bike rides. It's an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

For a day at the coast, it's about half an hour's drive. Mablethorpe and Sutton-on-Sea are the main ones. Cadwell Park race circuit is about five miles away if that's your thing.

Facilities: there's a washing machine, WiFi, and parking for one car on the driveway. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot, highchair, and stairgate. Sorry, no pets.
