Holly Lodge is a detached log cabin in Little Cawthorpe. It's set within Kenwick Woods, which is over 300 acres of private woodland. You're not overlooked at all.
The cabin sleeps six. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating. It’s comfortable and clean. The entrance is wheelchair accessible, which is good for anyone with mobility issues.
You can walk straight out into the woods from the door. There are cycle routes that go out towards the coast or across the Lincolnshire Wolds. The park has its own 18-hole golf course, about half a mile walk from the lodge. It winds through the trees and past a few lakes. There's a bar and restaurant by the clubhouse.
The nearest proper town is Louth, about a ten minute drive. It's a Georgian market town. There's a decent selection of shops, pubs, and a cinema. If you need a supermarket, that's where you'd go.
For the coast, Mablethorpe and Sutton-on-Sea are about twenty minutes east. They're traditional seaside towns with sandy beaches. Donna Nook is also about twenty minutes away. The seals breed there, so it's busy in season but worth seeing.
Inside, it's open plan. There's a dishwasher, washing machine, TV, and WiFi included. All bedding and towels are provided. You can park right outside.
