The Old Rectory Lodge is in Tothill, which is a little hamlet on a quiet lane. It's a detached single-storey building, so no stairs at all. It's just for two people. One bedroom, one bathroom.
It's got a 4 Star rating. That means it's comfortable and well-kept. There's underfloor heating and a wood burner in the main room, which is open plan. The garden is enclosed if you've got a dog. There's parking right outside.
You're about seven miles east of Louth, which is a nice market town. They've got a proper market a few days a week. The coast is under ten miles away. Mablethorpe and Skegness are the main ones out that way.
There's a pub that does food about a mile's walk down the lane. A shop too. For walking or cycling, you can just go straight from the door. If you're into golf, Woodthorpe has an 18-hole course a short drive away.
If you want to go further, Lincoln is about an hour's drive west. They've got the cathedral and the castle there.
In terms of what's here: there's a dishwasher, WiFi, bedding and towels are included. The wood burner's ready to use, we leave you some logs to get started. Pets are welcome.
