The Old Rectory Cottage

The Old Rectory Cottage is in Tothill, a small hamlet. It's detached, which means it's on its own. You're at the end of a lane so it's quiet.

It sleeps four, in two bedrooms. There are two bathrooms, which is handy. One is a wet room on the ground floor. It's got a 5 Star rating, so everything is in good order and well-kept.

There's a shop and a pub about a mile away. The pub does food. You can walk to it along the lane. The coast is about eight miles east. That means Mablethorpe and Skegness are within a half hour drive. The beaches there are long and sandy.

Louth is seven miles west. It's a Georgian market town with proper shops, a market, and places to eat. Lincoln is further west, maybe 45 minutes by car. The cathedral and castle are the main things to see there.

For walking or cycling, you can start from the cottage. There's a golf course at Woodthorpe, about ten minutes away. They've got fishing there too.

At the cottage, there's a woodburning stove for cooler nights, a dishwasher, and wifi. The garden is enclosed. There's parking right outside. Bedding and towels are provided. No pets, I'm afraid.
