The Old Rectory Cottage is in Tothill, which is a small hamlet. It's detached and sits at the end of a lane. It's very quiet.
It sleeps four people in two bedrooms. There are two bathrooms, which is handy. One of them is a wet room on the ground floor. The cottage has a 5 Star rating, so everything is in good order and it's comfortable.
You've got your own enclosed garden and patio with a barbecue. There's a woodburning stove for the cooler months. It has WiFi, a TV, a dishwasher, and parking.
The local pub is about a mile's walk away. They serve food. There's also a shop about the same distance.
Louth is seven miles to the west. It's a Georgian market town with a good high street, some nice pubs, and a market a few days a week. The coast is about eight miles east. You've got beaches like Mablethorpe and Skegness there.
If you want to go further, Lincoln is about a 30 minute drive west. The cathedral and castle are worth seeing. Closer by, Woodthorpe has an 18-hole golf course and a garden centre with a restaurant.
