Cherry Lodge is in Little Cawthorpe, which is a small village in Lincolnshire. It's detached, so you won't have anyone on the other side of the wall. It's been done up to the 5 Star standard, which basically means it's new and everything works properly. It feels quite smart.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms and one bathroom with a shower. The bathroom is downstairs. The stairs are fine, normal ones.
There's a patio and garden area out the back. It's enclosed. Inside, there's a wood burning stove, which is nice in the colder months. It's got a dishwasher and a washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. Parking is right there.
The village is quiet. For a pub or a shop, you'd drive to nearby Alford or Louth. Louth is a proper market town about ten minutes away. They've got all the usual shops and a few decent places to eat.
You're close to the Lincolnshire Wolds. It's good walking country. There's a local golf course if you play, and you can arrange horse riding nearby. The coast is about twenty minutes east. Mablethorpe and Sutton-on-Sea are the main ones there. It's a long, sandy beach. If you're into history, the National Trust's Gunby Estate is about half an hour south. Lincoln itself is just under an hour's drive, if you fancy a day out at the cathedral.
No pets, I'm afraid.
