Park Cottage

Park Cottage is in Worlaby, just inside the Lincolnshire Wolds. It's a detached house on a private farm estate, so it's quiet. The view from the back is over fields, quite open.

It sleeps nine. Four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. It's a 5 Star place, so it's got good quality stuff and is kept smart. It's not small, but it's all on one floor, which is handy.

Outside there's a big patio with a hot tub. There's also an outdoor kitchen with a BBQ and a separate games room with a pool table and a PlayStation. There's table tennis too. The terrace gets the sun in the evening.

The nearest shop is about six miles away in Binbrook. The closest pub and restaurant is at Rothwell, about three miles.

Louth is a market town, about seven miles away. Good for butchers and delis. Horncastle, about ten miles, is known for its antique shops. Lincoln is a proper city, about 35 minutes' drive. The cathedral and castle are up on the hill. The Bailgate area around there is good for food.

For coast, Skegness is half an hour east. Sandy beach, all the usual stuff. The better natural spot is Gibraltar Point just south of there. Cadwell Park race circuit is close, just six miles away. There are a couple of golf courses about seven miles away you can pay to play.

Facilities: it's got a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and highchair if needed. Plenty of parking. No pets.
