This is Hill Farm Cottage. It's a detached place in Brinkhill, out in the Lincolnshire countryside. It's quiet.
The cottage sleeps four, with two bedrooms and one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable and well-kept. The place looks nice, part of it is thatched. There's a big garden that's just for you. We fixed up an old shepherd's hut in the garden too; it's got a chair and a little table in there if you fancy sitting somewhere different.
The stairs inside are fairly steep. Just so you know.
There's a pub that does food about a mile and three quarters down the lane. The local shop is about three miles away in Alford.
You can walk straight from the door onto footpaths and a bridleway. It's good cycling country too. The coast is about half an hour's drive. Sandilands is a quiet sandy beach. Skegness is the classic seaside town with all the usual stuff. Lincoln is around forty minutes away if you want history; the cathedral and castle are up on the hill.
For facilities: it has a washing machine, WiFi, and parking right there. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and a highchair if you need them. No pets, sorry.
