Hill Farm Cottage is out in Brinkhill, in the Lincolnshire Wolds. It's a detached cottage, part thatched. You're on your own out here. The garden's big and the views are just fields.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms and one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well looked after. We've done it up. There's a shepherd's hut in the garden that works as a summerhouse if you want to sit out there.
The village pub is about a mile and three quarters down the lane. They do food and real ale. The nearest shop is nearly three miles away in Alford, so you'll want to bring your basics.
For a day out, Louth is a good market town. Horncastle is known for antiques. The coast is about half an hour's drive. Sandilands is quiet, or you've got Skegness with everything that goes with it. Lincoln is around 40 minutes away, for the cathedral and castle.
The place is good for walking or cycling straight from the door. There are plenty of public footpaths.
Everything you'd expect is here: WiFi, TV, washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them. Parking is right outside. No pets, sorry.
