Brockdale Barn is in Ruckland in the Lincolnshire Wolds. It's a detached barn conversion. The main thing is the space and the view up the valley to the lake.
It sleeps fourteen people. Six bedrooms, all with their own bathrooms. It has a 5 Star rating, which means it's well-equipped and comfortable.
The living area is open-plan with big doors that open onto a south-facing patio. There's a games room. Outside, there's a courtyard on two levels with a hot tub and swimspa, an outdoor kitchen, and a dining area. There's also a decent sized grassy bit for games.
The property is wheelchair accessible on the ground floor.
Facilities: everything you'd expect is included. Washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, TVs, bedding and towels. There's a cot and highchair if you need them. Parking is on site.
It's a rural spot. The nearest pub and restaurant is about three miles away. The nearest shop is six miles.
For things to do, Louth is about seven miles east. It's a nice market town. Horncastle, known for antique shops, is about ten miles. Cadwell Park race circuit is six miles across the Wolds.
If you drive for about half an hour, you can get to Skegness, which is a traditional seaside resort with a beach and amusements. Lincoln, with the cathedral and castle, is about a 35-minute drive west.
