Chaplin
This is Chaplin, one of a pair of cottages in Tathwell, Lincolnshire. They're semi-detached, so you'll have neighbours next door. You get your own garden and parking. The lane is quiet and you look out over fields.

You're on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds. You can walk or cycle straight from the door. Louth is four miles away. It's a proper market town, decent shops. The beach at Mablethorpe is about fifteen miles, if you fancy that.
There's a pub and a shop about three miles away. Cadwell Park racing circuit is just down the road, about two miles. You can hear it sometimes on race days. It's not constant, but it's there.
The cottage has Wi-Fi, a TV, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring one dog. There's space to store bicycles.
