This is Cow Pasture Cottage. It's out near Louth, attached to our house. It was a barn, so it's solid brick and feels bigger than it is. You get it to yourselves.
It's for two people. One bedroom, en-suite shower room. The bed's a good size. It's got a five-star rating, which just means it's well-equipped and comfortable. It's cosy, but not cramped.
The main thing is the peace and quiet. The kitchen doors open out onto your own little patio garden, which looks onto the fields. You can sit out there with a coffee in the morning. We've left a barbecue there if you want to use it.
It's about a mile and a half into Louth town centre. That's a proper market town, good for a wander. There's a path from here that leads into a footpath network. The nearest pub with food is about a mile's walk.
If you want a very nice walk, you can get to Hubbards Hills from here in about ten minutes. It's a steep little valley with a stream, really lovely.
The coast is maybe half an hour's drive. Places like Mablethorpe and Sutton-on-Sea. For a bigger day out, Lincoln is about 45 minutes away. The cathedral is worth the trip.
It's got everything you'd need: TV, decent Wi-Fi, parking right outside. We provide all the bedding and towels. There's space to store bikes if you bring them.
