Bluestone Cottage
This is Bluestone Cottage. It's a single storey barn we converted, detached, in the garden of our main house. We're in Welton le Wold, which is a quiet village in the Lincolnshire Wolds.
It's a 5 Star property, which here means it's all on the ground floor and has been done to a high standard. It's just for two people. One bedroom, one bathroom with a shower. The main space is open plan. There's a wood burner. The patio and garden are enclosed, so it's fine for dogs. We allow one.
The local shop and pub are about three miles away in the market town of Louth. Louth has everything you need: pubs, places to eat, supermarkets. It's a nice town to wander around.
The beach at the East Coast is about a 20 minute drive. If you go the other way, Lincoln is under an hour. The cathedral is the main thing there. For walking or cycling, you can go straight from the door onto the Wolds. It's good for that.
Facilities: there's a dishwasher, washing machine, TV, WiFi, and parking. Bedding and towels are included. It's wheelchair accessible at the entrance, but you'd need to check the full details if that's important.
