Mill House
It's called Mill House. It's in North Somercotes, which is a quiet village in Lincolnshire. It's a detached house, not a cottage. There's a big garden that's fully enclosed, which is good if you have a dog.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms and one bathroom upstairs. The stairs are open-tread, so you might want to keep an eye on young kids on them.
It's a 4 Star place. That means it's comfortable and well looked after. The kitchen has a dishwasher. There's a TV, WiFi, and parking right there.
The village is about a mile away. There are a couple of pubs and shops there, and a few takeaways. Donna Nook beach and the seal sanctuary are really close, just over a mile. You can walk to the beach from here if you don't mind a good trek.
Further out, you've got Louth about twenty minutes drive. It's a nice market town. Grimsby is half an hour for bigger shops. The Lincolnshire Wolds are within easy reach for walking. The coast road runs right past here, so it's easy to get to Mablethorpe or Cleethorpes if you fancy a proper seaside day.
You can bring one well-behaved dog. All bedding and towels are provided.
