Avalon
Avalon is in Grainthorpe, Lincolnshire. It's a detached bungalow next to our own house. It's quiet here.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms and one bathroom with a shower. It's all on one level, so no stairs to worry about. The rating is 4 Star, so it's comfortable and well equipped.
The garden is enclosed, which is good if you have dogs or kids. There's a patio area too.
The village is peaceful. The nearest shop and pub are about three miles away in North Somercotes. The coast is four miles away. You can drive to Mablethorpe or Cleethorpes, they're not far. They've got the usual seaside things: beaches, amusements, fish and chips.
You've got good walking and cycling routes right from the front door. Louth is about eight miles inland. It's a nice market town with shops and cafes.
For a day out, you've got the Lincolnshire Wolds nearby. Grimsby is a short drive if you need bigger shops or want to see the Fishing Heritage Centre.
Inside there's a washing machine and a dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking on the drive. We've got space for storing bicycles.
