Stables
The Stables is here at Meals Farm in North Somercotes. It's a one bedroom place, so it's just for two people. The rating is 4 Star, which basically means it's nicely done-up and comfortable.
The main thing you should know is it's a single storey cottage. Everything is on the ground floor, so there are no stairs at all. The bathroom is a wet room. There's a small patio area out the front with a table and chairs, and you can park right outside.
Inside, it's all open plan. The kitchen area has a dishwasher, there's a sofa and a TV, and the bedroom is in its own separate room off the living space. The wi-fi works fine.
You're about a mile from the village. There are a couple of pubs and shops there. For a beach, Donna Nook is very close, just over a mile away. It's a nature reserve as well, known for the seals in the winter.
It's a quiet part of Lincolnshire. Good for walking and cycling on the lanes. You can get to Louth, which is a nice market town, in about 20 minutes by car. Mablethorpe and its beach is about half an hour's drive.
If you're looking for things to do further out, Lincoln is roughly an hour away. The Lincolnshire Wolds are right on the doorstep for walking. The RSPB reserves like Frampton Marsh are about a 40 minute drive if you like birdwatching.
