Willow Tree Farm is a barn conversion near Sutton on Sea. It's detached, so it's just you. It's set back from the road on a site with a couple of fishing lakes and a small touring park for caravans, which is adults only. It's quiet.
It sleeps two people. One bedroom, one bathroom with a walk-in shower. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's clean and comfortable, with everything you need. It's all on the ground floor. WiFi is included.
You get a little patio area with the cottage. There's a washing machine and a dishwasher. Bedding and towels are provided. You can bring one dog.
The beach at Sutton on Sea is about a mile and a half away. It's a nice sandy beach with a promenade. You can walk it south to Sandilands or north to Mablethorpe. There are shops, cafes, and a chippy there. The dog will like the walk.
Keep an eye out for seals, especially if you're here in the winter. They sometimes sunbathe on the beach. The main colony is at Donna Nook, which is about a 25-minute drive up the coast. You can see the pups from the viewing areas.
Inland, Alford is ten minutes away by car. It's a small market town. Louth is about half an hour's drive. They've got good local butchers and greengrocers there if you're cooking. The Wolds are nice for a drive or a walk.
