Willow Tree Farm
Willow Tree Farm is a converted barn on our property. It's detached, so you're on your own out there. It's for two people, one bedroom and one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, which is about right. It's clean and comfortable.
The barn is all on the ground floor. It's open plan inside. There's a walk-in shower, not a bath. The patio looks out over the field. You can park right outside.
You're just over a mile from Sutton on Sea beach. It's a sandy beach, and the promenade goes for miles. You can walk to Mablethorpe one way or Sandilands the other. The town has the usual shops and a few places to eat.
We have two fishing lakes on site. The fishing is included in your stay if you want it. There's also a touring caravan site for adults only, so it's generally quiet.
Donna Nook is about a 20-minute drive up the coast. That's where the seals come to have their pups each winter. You sometimes see them off Sutton beach too.
If you want to go inland, Alford is ten minutes away. It's a small market town. Louth is about half an hour. It's bigger, with good independent shops and a market.
In terms of what's here, it's got a washing machine, a dishwasher, WiFi and a TV. Bedding and towels are included. We allow one well-behaved dog.
