Harvest Cottage
This is Harvest Cottage in Authorpe Row. It's an old barn conversion, just one in a row of similar cottages. It's out in the countryside, so it's quiet.
It's for two people. One bedroom, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's done up nicely inside, comfortable and clean.
There's a patio area that's yours to use, and you share a big lawned garden with the other cottages. The garden is enclosed, so it's fine for dogs. We take up to two pets.
You're right next to a fishing lake. It's well stocked, and you can use it for free during your stay.
The local pub is about a quarter of a mile down the lane. It's a proper country pub, good for food. The nearest shop is about a mile away, so you'll need to drive for groceries.
If you want a day out, Skegness and Fantasy Island are about half an hour away. For wildlife, Gibraltar Point is good any time. If you're here in late autumn, the seal breeding beaches at Donna Nook are worth the trip.
Inside, it's got the beams you'd expect. There's a washing machine, dishwasher, and parking right outside. Bedding is included.
