Reed Roost is a lodge in Addlethorpe. It's detached. The main thing is it's right on the edge of a fishing lake. You get a big, enclosed deck out front that looks out over the water and a private hot tub.
It sleeps six. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms, which is handy. Everything is on one level. There's a ramp at the entrance. It's a 5 Star place, so it's well kitted out. They've thought of things like robes and slippers.
You're about a mile and a half from the beach at Ingoldmells. It's a sandy beach. Skegness is about four miles down the road if you want the arcades and rides. Fantasy Island and Butlins are very close.
If you like birdwatching, Gibralter Point Nature Reserve is worth a look. There's a visitor centre there. For a walk, the beach is your best bet.
There's a shop, some restaurants and pubs about a mile away. You can fish in the lake on site if that's your thing.
Facilities: it's got a washing machine, WiFi, and parking right there. Bedding and towels are included. They can provide a cot and highchair. You can bring up to two dogs.
