Lilac Villa
Lilac Villa is a detached house in Skegness. It's in a residential street, which is quiet, and you can walk to the beach or the seafront in about five minutes.
It sleeps ten. There are five bedrooms and two bathrooms. It's got a four-star rating, so it's comfortable and well-equipped. As the name says, it's detached, so no neighbours through the walls.
The layout is good for a group. Downstairs there are two living rooms, so people aren't all on top of each other. The garden is enclosed, which is handy if you're bringing dogs.
Facilities include a dishwasher, washing machine, Wi-Fi, and on-site parking. There's a cot and highchair if you need them. You can bring up to two dogs.
For things to do, Skegness itself has the beach, the fairground, a nature reserve and a seal sanctuary. There are two 18-hole links golf courses nearby, North Shore and Seacroft. You're a short walk from shops, pubs, restaurants, and takeaways.
Within about a thirty minute drive you've got the market towns of Louth and Horncastle. Lincoln is about an hour west. It's worth the trip for the cathedral and castle.
