Lilac Villa
Lilac Villa is in Skegness. It's a detached house on a normal residential street.
It sleeps ten, with five bedrooms and two bathrooms. That's what the 4 Star rating is for, it means it's geared up for a big group. There are two living rooms downstairs, so people aren't all on top of each other.
The garden is enclosed. There's off-road parking for a couple of cars.
You're about a five minute walk from the beach. The seafront with the fairground and everything is the same sort of distance. Shops and a couple of pubs are about the same. The seal sanctuary is out that way too.
If you like golf, the Seacroft and North Shore courses are both nearby.
For a day out, Lincoln is good. It's about an hour's drive. The cathedral and castle are the main things. The market towns of Louth and Horncastle are half an hour away.
Inside, it's got what you'd need for a family: washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, highchair and a cot. Bedding is included. You can bring up to two dogs.
