This is Hayloft, in Skegness. It's one of four cottages around a shared courtyard, with a shared indoor heated pool and a play area. The setting is quiet, about four acres of gardens.

It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's comfortable and well equipped. Everything is on the ground floor, which is handy.

You're about two miles from Skegness itself and the coast. The beach is sandy. There's a shop and a pub a mile away.

If you like golf, the Seacroft links course is close by. For a day out, Lincoln is under an hour's drive and has the cathedral and castle. The RSPB at Gibraltar Point is nearby for birdwatching. The National Trust's Gunby Hall is also within a half hour drive.
