New Trend is a first-floor apartment on a chalet park in Chapel St Leonards. It sleeps four, two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. It feels quiet and looked-after.
You're on the first floor, so there are stairs up to the front door. The main thing is you get your own sun terrace. It's enclosed, which is good if you've got kids. You look out over the park, which is spacious.
The beach is about 200 yards away. It's sandy and long. There's a new coastal observatory nearby with good views, a gallery, and a restaurant.
The village has a shop and a couple of pubs within a few minutes' walk. They're fine for a pint and a meal.
If you want the classic seaside, Skegness is about four miles south. Ingoldmells is closer, about two miles. That's where Fantasy Island theme park is, and the big market.
For a walk, you can go along the beach or inland on the paths. There's a Coastal Country Park. Local fishing is available if that's your thing.
Inside, it's got what you'd expect: a TV, wifi, a washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them. Parking is on site.
The owner is usually around in the site office if you have questions.
