New Trend is a first floor apartment on a chalet park in Chapel St Leonards. It's a quiet, neat sort of place.
It sleeps four in two bedrooms and has one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's comfortable and well kept.
The main thing is you’re close to the beach. It's about 200 yards down to the sand. There’s a new observatory building nearby that’s good for a coffee and a view of the coast.
You’ve got a private sun terrace that gets the afternoon sun. The stairs up to the apartment are external, just so you know.
The park is central in the village, so there’s a shop and a pub about 300 yards away. Skegness is four miles south if you want the arcades and that. Ingoldmells, with Fantasy Island and the market, is two miles.
For walking, you’re right by the coast path. Inland, there’s the Lincolnshire Coastal Country Park.
Inside, there’s a washing machine, WiFi, a TV, and parking on site. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair if you need them. No pets, I'm afraid.
