It's called Alfie's Abode. It's in Addlethorpe, Lincolnshire, about three miles from the sea. It's a one-bedroom cottage, so it sleeps two people very comfortably. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's a nice, well-kept place.
The main thing about it is the view. You look straight out onto a fishing lake. It's part of a small group of cottages called The Laurels. If you're into coarse fishing, you can just walk out the door and you're there. The garden is enclosed, so it's private.
Inside, it's set up for a couple. One bedroom, one bathroom with a shower. There's a washing machine, a dishwasher, and Wi-Fi. Everything like bedding and towels is included, and you can bring two dogs if you have them.
For getting about, you've got on-site parking. The local shop and the pub are about a mile away. The coast is three miles. Skegness is the main town there, with all the usual seaside things. Butlin's, Fantasy Island, that sort of thing. If you want something a bit different, you can watch the stock car racing at Skegness Stadium.
Further inland, the Lincolnshire Wolds are good for walks or cycling. You can be there in about half an hour. There are some nice village pubs around there to stop at.
