Hawthorne Cottage
This is Hawthorne Cottage. It's a single storey cottage, so everything's on the ground floor. It's at the back of our house, but it's completely detached and private. You get your own garden and patio, which is enclosed.
It's for two people. One bedroom, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's well-equipped and comfortable. The view from the side looks out over open fields, so it's quiet, but you're only a few minutes in the car from Skegness seafront.
You're about a mile from a shop and a pub that does food. Skegness itself has the main beach, the fairground, and the seal sanctuary. Just south of the town is Gibraltar Point, which is a really good nature reserve. For golf, the Seacroft and North Shore links courses are nearby.
If you want to explore, the Lincolnshire Wolds are nice for a drive or a walk. Market towns like Louth and Alford aren't far. Horncastle, which has a lot of antique shops, is about a 25 minute drive.
For facilities, you've got a washing machine, TV, and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking right outside. We can provide a cot and highchair. You're welcome to bring one well-behaved dog.
