Reel Paradise
Reel Paradise is in Addlethorpe, Lincolnshire. It's one of a few lodges right on a coarse fishing lake. It's detached. The main deck is big and enclosed, and looks straight out over the water. It's very quiet here.
The lodge sleeps six. It's got two bedrooms and two bathrooms, so that helps with morning queues. It's a 5 Star place, which means it's well-finished. Everything feels new. The main bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe and an ensuite.
You've got the fishing lakes right outside your door. The property description says they're well-stocked. Behind the lodge there's an open field.
For the beach, Ingoldmells is about a mile and a half away. Skegness is three or four miles. That's where all the amusements and the big beach are. Fantasy Island is nearby, and Butlins is about five minutes further up the coast.
If you like walking and nature, Gibraltar Point is along the coast. It's a good spot for birdwatching. There are details on the Lincolnshire Wildlife Trust site.
Inside, it's open plan. The kitchen has an American fridge freezer, a dishwasher, and a washer/dryer. There's a dining table for six. The sofas face the lake view.
Outside, there's a private hot tub on the deck. They provide robes and slippers for it. The garden is enclosed. Parking is right there.
You can bring up to two dogs. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them. All bedding and towels are included. It's wheelchair accessible at the entrance and everything is on one level.
A shop, pubs, and restaurants are about a mile away in the village.
