Coastguard Cottage is in Chapel St Leonards. It's a bungalow, a former coastguard place, so it's right by the sea. The beach is about 200 yards away. It's sandy with dunes.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms: one king, one double, and one with bunk beds. There's one bathroom with a shower over the bath. It's a 4 Star place, so it's comfortable and well kept. The whole garden is enclosed, which is good for dogs or kids. It's also wheelchair accessible from the entrance.
There's a shop, a pub, and places to eat about 200 yards away. The village has the usual seaside stuff: arcades, cafes, fish and chips. For a bigger day out, Skegness is a short drive or you can get the bus. Fantasy Island and Butlins are there if that's your thing.
If you walk along the beach towards Chapel Point, there's a cafe and the Seascape Observatory. People go there to watch the sunrise.
Facilities: parking on the drive. WiFi, TV, washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot, highchair, and stairgate. It says it's Christmas themed, which means we put up a tree and some decorations in December. You can bring up to two dogs.
