The Old Granary

The Old Granary is on our farm in Sloothby. It's detached. We converted it a while back but put in new furniture a couple of years ago. It's just for two people.

It's got a wood burner in the living area. The kitchen is open plan. The bedroom is on the ground floor with a shower room ensuite. The shower is a walk-in one.

It's got a 5 Star rating, which means it's well-equipped and comfortable. All the bedding and towels are included. There's a dishwasher, wifi, and parking right outside.

The garden is enclosed, so it's safe for dogs. You can bring two. There's a BBQ and a patio area. It's a working farm, so you'll see us and the animals around.

The coast is about four miles away. You can drive to a quiet sandy beach in ten minutes. For a bigger, busier beach, Skegness is nine miles east.

There's a pub and a shop in the village, about two miles away. For a market town, Alford is a ten-minute drive. Louth is about half an hour away. It's got a nice high street with butchers and cafes.

If you like walking or cycling, you can go straight from the door. For birdwatching, Gibraltar Point is near Skegness. In the winter, you can see the seal pups at Donna Nook, which is about a 45-minute drive up the coast.

If you need more space, we also have The Old Stable next door. You can book both together.
