The Old Granary is a building on our farm. It's where we used to keep the grain. Now it's a house for two people. It's detached, so you're on your own out there.
It's one bedroom and one bathroom, all on the ground floor. The shower is a walk-in one. Everything's open plan downstairs. There's a wood burner. It works well, we've used it ourselves. The furniture was all new a few years ago. It's comfortable.
You're right in the countryside. The garden is enclosed, so it's private. There's a BBQ and a picnic table. You can park next to it.
We're four miles from the coast. It's about a ten minute drive to the beach. The sand is good for long walks. Donna Nook is along the coast for the seals. You see the pups in winter.
The village of Sloothby is two miles away. There's a shop and a couple of pubs there. Alford is ten minutes by car. It's a market town. Louth is bigger, about half an hour away. They have good butchers and cafes.
Skegness is nine miles. It's a traditional seaside town. If you like nature, Gibraltar Point is nearby. The Lincolnshire Wolds are close for walking or driving through.
The property has a five star rating. That means it's well-equipped. There's a dishwasher, washing machine, and WiFi. Towels and bedding are included. We allow up to two dogs. There's bicycle storage if you need it.
