Ash Cottage

Ash Cottage is one of four cottages grouped around a courtyard at Ashtree Court, just outside Skegness. It's semi-detached. The setting is quiet, with about four acres of gardens to look at or wander in.

It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. One is downstairs. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's well-equipped and comfortable. The layout is open plan downstairs.

You share a heated indoor swimming pool and a kids' play area with the other cottages. It's handy having that if the weather isn't great. There's also bike storage if you bring cycles.

The beach at Skegness is about two miles away, so a five minute drive. The town itself has all the usual seaside things. For a quieter beach, you could head up to Gibraltar Point. It's a nature reserve.

Locally, there's coarse fishing a few minutes' walk away. If you play golf, the Seacroft links course is nearby. For a day out, the Lincolnshire Wolds are close for driving or walking. The city of Lincoln is about an hour's drive, with the cathedral and castle. Gunby Hall is a National Trust property not far from here.

There's a shop and a pub a mile away. We include bedding. There's a cot, highchair, and stairgate if you need them. You can bring up to two dogs. Parking is on site.
