This one is called the Avocet. It's in a small group of converted farm buildings near Skegness, but you're far enough out that it's quiet. You can see the fields from the windows.
The barn sleeps two people in one bedroom. There's a shower room. It's got the five-star rating, which means it's well kept and everything works properly. It's clean and comfortable.
You get your own enclosed garden with a patio. It's private, so it's just for you. There's a barbecue there if you want to use it. You can bring one dog.
The beach is about a mile away. Gibraltar Point nature reserve is even closer, maybe a ten-minute walk. It's a good place for a long, flat walk along the coast. You'll see a lot of birds. They have a visitor centre and a cafe there too. For more information, you can look at Lincolnshire Wildlife Trust's Gibraltar Point page.
Skegness is about five minutes in the car. It's a proper traditional seaside town with all the things you'd expect: a beach, amusements, fish and chips. There's a local pub and a restaurant about a mile from the barn if you don't want to cook.
Inside, it's all open-plan. The kitchen has a dishwasher. There's a TV and the wifi is fine. Bedding and towels are included. Parking is right outside.
If you want to go further out, the Lincolnshire Wolds are about half an hour's drive inland. Lincoln is just under an hour away if you fancy a day trip to see the cathedral. The National Trust in Lincolnshire has a few different places to visit.
