This is Head Brewers House in Wainfleet All Saints. It used to be the Head Brewer's house for Batemans Brewery, which is right next door. George Bateman himself lived here at one point.
It's a big detached house that sleeps fourteen people. Six bedrooms, three bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating. We had it refurbished a few years ago for holiday lets, so it's in good order. There are two separate living rooms, which is handy with a big group.
The main thing is the garden. It's large and fully enclosed. There's a private swimming pool in there, which is open in the summer months. You've got a patio with a BBQ right next to it for eating outside.
As well as your own garden, you can use the big shared garden that goes down to the River Steeping. You're allowed to fish from the bank there if that's your thing.
The Batemans Brewery is literally over the wall. You can book a tour and tasting at a discount. The town centre is about a three minute walk. There's a couple of pubs, one is 95 yards away. A few shops, a chippy, and the train station are all close by.
Skegness is about five miles away. You can drive it or get the train. It's got the long sandy beach, a pier, the usual seafront things. It's a proper traditional seaside day out.
Further afield, you've got Gibraltar Point nature reserve just down the road. Lincoln is about an hour's drive if you fancy seeing the cathedral. The Lincolnshire Wolds are nice for walking and they're within half an hour.
In terms of what's here: all the bedding and towels are included. There's a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and parking for a few cars on the drive. We can provide a cot, highchair and stairgate. You can bring up to two dogs.
