Head Brewers House is in Wainfleet All Saints. It's a detached Victorian house that used to be where the head brewer lived. It's very big. Sleeps fourteen, in six bedrooms. There are three bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating.
The garden is large. There's a swimming pool in it, which is fenced off. It's not heated all year round, so it's seasonal. There's a patio with a BBQ area to the side.
Inside, it's been refurbished. There are two big living rooms, so groups can spread out. One has a wood burning stove. The stairs are typical for an old house, a bit narrow and steep in places. We've put stairgates at the top and bottom.
You can bring up to two dogs. Bedding and towels are included. There's a washing machine, dishwasher, cot and highchair. WiFi is there. Parking is on site.
The house is part of the old Bateman's Brewery estate. You get discounted tours of the brewery if you're interested. There's also a big shared garden next to the windmill by the river, where you can fish.
The pub is about 95 yards away. It serves food. Shops are about 300 yards. There's a railway station a short walk away too.
Skegness is five miles away. It's the classic seaside, with sandy beaches, amusements, that sort of thing. You can drive or get the train.
For days out, you're close to the Lincolnshire Wolds and the coast. Gibraltar Point nature reserve is nearby. If you want to go further, Lincoln is about an hour's drive.
