Salters Cottage is in Wainfleet St Mary. It's one of a few cottages on our farm, terraced with the others. You're right by the River Steeping. We've got 80 acres of arable land here that you're welcome to walk around. There's free river fishing on the grounds if that's your thing.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 5 Star rating, which means it's well-equipped and kept to a high standard. It's a proper conversion, done up nicely inside.
The garden is enclosed. There's a patio with a hot tub. It looks out over the river.
There's a pub, a bistro, and a brewery all about a five-minute walk away in Wainfleet All Saints. The town has shops and a railway station too. Skegness is five miles east if you want the beach and the amusements.
For local attractions, the National Trust's Gunby Hall and Tattershall Castle are a short drive away. Further afield, Lincoln is about 40 miles west. It's a good drive through the Lincolnshire Wolds to get there.
Facilities wise: it's got a wood burner, a dishwasher, a washing machine, WiFi, and parking. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring up to two dogs.
