Beacon Cottage is near Wainfleet St Mary, on our farm. It's a bungalow, so everything's on one level. No stairs. It looks out over the River Steeping, at a bit we call the Haven. You can see the fields from the garden.
It sleeps six. That's in two bedrooms, which is unusual. One bathroom with a shower. It's rated 5 Star. It's clean and we keep it tidy. You're welcome to bring up to two dogs.
You get your own private hot tub in the enclosed garden. The garden is just for you. There's parking right outside.
You're on a farm. There's a private lane to get here. You can walk along about 80 acres of riverbank and farm tracks if you want. It's quiet. You'll see herons and swans.
The town, Wainfleet All Saints, is about a 15 minute walk. There's a shop and a couple of pubs. One does food. The Batemans brewery is there if you like that sort of thing.
Skegness is about five miles away if you want the beach and things to do. It's a proper seaside town. Gunby Hall, which is National Trust, is about 20 minutes by car.
Inside, it's open plan. There's a washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. We can put a cot and highchair in for you if you need them. The wifi works.
