Beacon Cottage
Beacon Cottage is one of three on our farm by the River Steeping. It's a bungalow, so everything's on one level. There's a sofa bed too, so it can sleep up to six altogether, but there are two proper bedrooms and one bathroom.
It's a five star place, so it's well kitted out and comfortable. You've got the garden to yourself, with a hot tub. The view from there is over the riverbank and fields. You're welcome to walk along the farm tracks and the river. It's very quiet.
The stairs up to the mezzanine bedroom are a bit steep, just so you know. But it's a nice spot up there.
Wainfleet All Saints is a short walk away. There's a pub, a shop, and a brewery you can visit. Skegness and the beach are about five miles east if you want that.
For a day out, Gunby Hall is lovely. The antique shops in Horncastle are worth a look if that's your thing. Lincoln is about forty minutes by car.
Facilities wise, it's all included. Washing machine, WiFi, bedding and towels. Parking right outside. You can bring up to two dogs.
