Beech House is in Wainfleet All Saints. It's a detached house, so you're not sharing walls with anyone. It sleeps up to 12 people in five bedrooms. There are three bathrooms, which helps with that many people.
It's got a 5 Star rating, which means it's well equipped and finished to a high standard. It's a big, practical space for a group. There's a cinema room with a pool table and games console, and a separate snug as well as the main living room. People can spread out.
The garden is enclosed, which is good if you've got dogs or kids. It's mostly lawn. There's a hot tub out there, and a barbecue area.
Wainfleet itself has a supermarket, shops, takeaways and pubs. It's all about a quarter of a mile away, so you can walk. The railway station is close too, so you can get to Skegness without the car if you want.
Skegness is about five miles away. It's a traditional seaside town with a beach, amusements, that sort of thing. If you want to go further, you can get trains to Boston, Grantham or Nottingham.
In terms of facilities, it's got pretty much everything: washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, bedding and towels included. It has an electric vehicle charger. It's described as wheelchair accessible at the entrance. You can bring up to three pets.
