The Cooperage is in Wainfleet All Saints, in Lincolnshire. It's one of a few cottages converted from an old pub building, all set around a shared courtyard. You get your own enclosed patio garden.
It sleeps four in two bedrooms. There's one bathroom with a shower. It's got a 5 Star rating, which means it's been done to a high standard. Underfloor heating on the ground floor and a wood burner.
Wainfleet itself has a few shops, pubs, and takeaways. The railway station is here too, so you can get the train to Skegness if you don't want to drive.
Skegness is about five miles away, maybe a 15-minute drive. That's where you go for the classic seaside day out: amusements, a long sandy beach, that sort of thing. If you prefer quieter nature, Gibraltar Point is just a bit further along the coast. You can walk for miles there.
For fishing, the River Steeping is about a mile away. It's bank fishing. There are also some decent local walks and cycle routes directly from the village.
Facilities: everything you'd expect, really. Washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. Parking is on site. You can bring up to two dogs. We've got a cot and highchair if needed.
