The Cooperage is one of a few cottages here where the old Royal Oak pub used to be. It's right in Wainfleet All Saints village.
It's got two bedrooms so sleeps four. One bathroom. There's underfloor heating downstairs. It's a new, clean conversion. That's where the "luxury" and 5 Star rating comes from. It's comfortable, not cluttered. There's a wood burner.
You can bring two dogs. There's a walled garden out the back that's just for you. Parking is on site.
Wainfleet itself has the basics: a couple of pubs, shops, a chippy. The train station here can take you along the coast.
Skegness is about five miles away. That's your classic seaside: beach, amusements, fish and chips, the lot. For something quieter, Gibraltar Point is good. It's a nature reserve with long walks and birds. Lincolnshire Wildlife Trust manages it.
If you fish, the River Steeping is a mile or so off. There's a golf course nearby too.
Inside, you've got the normal stuff: WiFi, a washing machine, dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and highchair if you need them.
